Amazingly, human response seems in fact very slow. We are busily responding to calamities than finding lasting solutions to the root causes. I know some measures have been taken, but it looks to me, we are half awake. <br /><br />The challenge facing world has a multi faceted character where one way or the other it touches every soul. No country or individual is free, we all have different roles to play.
