Unfortunately, most lesbians especially in Africa cannot profess their status openly becuase of social stigma and the kind of unfounded traditional orientation we have all imbibed over the years. the most unfortunate thing is that my organization on a number of occasions has identified with the rights of LGBT to the extent of writing proposal for funding on the rights of LGBT but none of them has succeeeded being turned down by the LGBT donor organizations too. If I can get support, I am ready to organize programme on behalf of these people who i believe are exercising their sexual right.
